1. Instant Return Option
   Customers can check the product in front of the delivery person. If you are not satisfied, you can return it immediately, you’ll just need to pay the delivery charge.

    

2. After-Delivery Returns
   If the delivery person has already left, you can still return the product within 3 days of receiving it. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

    

3. Defective or Wrong Items
   If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, we’ll bear the delivery cost entirely and send a brand-new replacement to your address.

    

4. Refund Timeline
   For refunds (if applicable), the process usually takes 3–5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
