Customers can check the product in front of the delivery person. If you are not satisfied, you can return it immediately, you’ll just need to pay the delivery charge. - After-Delivery Returns
If the delivery person has already left, you can still return the product within 3 days of receiving it. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. - Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, we’ll bear the delivery cost entirely and send a brand-new replacement to your address. - Refund Timeline
